Well now my door was standing open
Security were laid back and lax
But it was only my heart that got broken
You must have had a pass key made out of wax

Between 85 and 86 the eighties were really at their best. For many months we will meet again memories of fantastic songs. Do you remember Spirit in the Sky? Doctor and the Medics? Unforgettable!

30 years ago a movie and its soundtrack were released with great expectations. Probably neither of them had worldwide success, but they somehow succeeded in making history due to the guest stars: she was Eighth Wonder’s fantastic Patsy Kensit, future wife to a lot of musicians including Big Audio Dynamite’s Dan Donovan,

Simple Minds – All the things she said
“All the things she said” might probably seem some sort of self-repeating video, today. I mean from a graphic perspective, but this was science fiction in the 80s! Simple Minds really looked like being always far beyond. But how many of them are in this video?

You surely remember Bruce Hornsby’s great song. He played and wrote songs for everybody, but reached own fame with this one great song. But I always wondered… why didn’t they turn on the lights? It must be quite difficult, to play instruments in the dark!!
