“U got the look” climbed the charts once again in September 87. And Prince was right: really the look was everything, in the 80s! And he knew it! The Minneapolis guy knew it, and he played around always dressed in a sober way, pills and thrills and daffodiles. Actually his look has been so weird. yet so peculiar, since the early 80s! Do you remember how he dressed in “Purple rain“, for example? He really made a trademark out of his outfit! And with him, his very sober girlfriends, Sheila E, Sheena Easton, Cat… these were the real 80s!!
