Culture Club – Move away
In early March 1986, Culture Club released a song that introduced their fourth album a few weeks later. The album “From Luxury To Heartache” was anticipated by “Move away”, which brought Culture Clubs back to the top ten two years after their last album (which was “Waking up with the house on fire” and contained “The war song”), and three years after the album “Colors by numbers”, with hits like “Karma Chameleon” and “Victims”.
In these years Culture Clubs naturally evolved in age and style. This video shows it all: Boy George, Jon Moss and the others appear more mature, elegant, far from the guys of the first videos. They even play movie stars, in posters with titles in Italian that recall the masterpieces of Fellini and Mastroianni, also translatinge the name of the group.
This video probably tells us something else, because Boy George and Jon Moss never appear together with the other members, which suggests that the video may have been shot without the two groups even meeting.
The song, however, was successful, and brought Culture Club back into the top ten. Time was passing though, and in fact this was the last time they entered the top ten in the 80s.

Move move move away from me darling
I never said I'd understand
If I could say this was judgment day
You know I'd be a millionaire
