Pet Shop Boys – It’s a sin
“Its a sin” is about a life in sin. It’s Neil Tennant’s, according to this song. Which is actually autobiographic about the frustration of catholic education in his dark period at the college of St. Cuthbert (or something similar) in Newcastle. You can even hear him near the end pronouncing the Confiteor sentences, though electronically distorted. But for us, it’s more important to remember that in all Pet Shop Boys’ concerts, since the release of this song, only two songs would never miss a concert. The former being of course West End Girls, and the latter is exactly this fantastic hit!
